Executive Director, IP & Licensing Services: Reporting to the Managing Director of Yale Ventures, the Executive Director of IP & Licensing Services leads the technology transfer responsibilities of Yale Ventures, serving as Yale’s central resource to assist the community in protection, commercialization, and dissemination of intellectual property (IP).

Director of Innovation Community: Reporting to the Managing Director of Yale Ventures, Director of Innovation Community leads the efforts to connect, promote, and elevate the entrepreneurial ecosystem across the university and New Haven.  This role will link the numerous programs, initiatives, clubs, partnerships, and centers that contribute to the innovation community, creating an expanded awareness of services and support available to entrepreneurs, career opportunities for students, and overall momentum in the ecosystem. 

Business Development Associate, Digital Technologies: Reporting to the Yale Ventures Executive Director of Business Development, the Business Development Associate supports the Yale Ventures team to evaluate innovations arising from Yale research, secure intellectual property rights, market technologies, negotiate agreements, and develop and execute commercialization strategies for innovations arising from Yale research. The ideal candidate for this position will have some experience with commercialization of software, copyright, and digital health technologies.

Program Manager position at Yale’s Center for Biomedical Innovation and Technology (CBIT). This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with CBIT and Yale Ventures in a collaborative and supportive environment. Candidates with a strong technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.) are ideal. Entrepreneurial experience and an interest to engage with innovative faculty and students at the earliest stages of biomedical and healthcare innovation encouraged. 

Business Development Associate, Life Sciences:  Seeking a self-starter interested in building their own portfolio of Yale innovators and a network of premium industry partners. Candidate independently elicits and evaluates life sciences innovations from Yale research, works with IP / Licensing Services staff and outside counsel to secure intellectual property rights, markets technologies, negotiates agreements, and develops and executes commercialization strategies for innovations from Yale research.
