Nell Diamond ’15 SOM is the founder and CEO of Hill House Home, a direct-to-consumer home and fashion company and the creator of the wildly popular Nap Dress. Diamond came up with the idea to start Hill House Home during her time as an MBA student at Yale School of Management.

April Koh ’16, Yale College
CEO & Co-founder, Spring Health

April Koh ’16 YC is the CEO of Spring Health, the mental health startup helping increase access to care, which she co-founded with Yale Ph.D. candidate and cofounder Adam Chekroud. Spring Health's current valuation is $2 billion, making Koh the youngest woman to run a unicorn— a multibillion-dollar company.
