CurIOS builds off-the-shelf mRNA cancer vaccines against shared driver antigens. We start where the biology is strongest: virus-associated shared driver antigens. We leverage unique platforms for antigen identification and vaccine construct design along with co-encoded immune signals to enhance T cell memory formation. By picking the right target and engineering the right immune response we create differentiated products with a strong probability of success in the clinic.
