Women with the Fragile X premutation are at particularly high risk of failed IVF and early menopause. This project will develop a new antisense oligonucleotide therapy to improve ovarian response and restore fertility via proof-of-concept studies. The results will provide the foundation for clinical trials and will serve as a platform for new fertility treatments for women affected by other ovarian disorders.
