Blavatnik Fellowship: Yale Ventures is seeking three full-time Blavatnik Fellows with expertise in therapeutics, devices, diagnostics, and/or digital health. The Fellowship is a one-year opportunity designed for high-potential life science industry professionals with advanced technical skills who have an interest in joining the growing Yale and New Haven life sciences entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Outreach & Corporate Engagement Manager. Reporting to jointly to the Vice Provost for Research and the University Executive Director, Corporate Strategy and Engagement, the Corporate Outreach and Engagement Manager, will oversee the full range of relationship management activities for a variety of centers and programs and will be focused on supporting the University’s research initiatives and developing and cultivating relationships with a variety of large corporate donors.
Corporate Alliance Manager is the primary point of contact between Yale and external sponsors for designated sponsored programs and/or industry partnerships, and as such executes key strategic and tactical roles to ensure the continued success of current or future Yale engagements and agreements with the sponsor. Candidate will oversee the advancement and growth of the program.
Director of Intellectual Property Administration, reporting to the Sr. Executive Director of IP and Licensing Services at Yale Ventures, oversees and directs the team responsible for administration of compliance and intellectual property-related operational activities for Yale University, which consists of invention disclosure intake, compliance with government and external agency reporting requirements, management of a large and diverse intellectual property portfolio, and agreement compliance and maintenance. The position supports the university’s technology commercialization efforts by developing and implementing process improvements that scale with increased operational volumes and new database implementation. The ideal candidate possesses a high-level of attention to detail and is able to manage workloads with multiple demands and shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Executive Director of Business Development, reporting to the Sr. Executive Director of IP and Licensing Services at Yale Ventures, oversees and directs the team responsible for managing the activities leading to the commercialization of technologies invented at Yale University. These activities include identification and evaluation of innovations from the Yale research community, evaluation of commercial potential, development of appropriate intellectual property protection and commercialization strategies, technology marketing, and negotiation of licenses and other agreements. The ideal candidate possesses a high-level of attention to detail and is able to manage workloads with multiple demands and shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment.
