Senior Licensing Compliance Manager: Sr. Licensing Compliance Manager plays a key role in ensuring licensee compliance by meeting all obligations (financial and non-financial) set forth in agreements executed with Yale Ventures.
Licensee Engagement Specialist: Provides direct professional support and ensures compliance requirements are satisfied in all aspects of the licensing process.
Assistant General Counsel, Transactions/Corporate: Yale University’s Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel seeks an Assistant General Counsel to support the university’s corporate and transactional legal needs, including complex commercial and academic agreements, international agreements, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other associated matters for departments across the university, including Yale Ventures. This attorney will partner with internal business teams, subject matter experts, and other offices and will work both independently and in partnership with senior attorneys. This role is one of a generalist, providing advice on a wide variety of corporate matters, business transactions, and contracts.
