Fempire is a conference hosted by WIM to create a space for addressing the pressing issues affecting women today. Fempire is hosted by Women in Management (WIM). WIM Is the largest affinity group at Yale School of Management created to support women personally and professionally and empower allies to be agents of change at school and beyond. This year's theme will be Women Leaders in Business and Innovation. We will focus on how women champion themselves as leaders in idea generation, innovation, and entrepreneurship and be future-ready in evolving work environments. Panels include Taking risks and Idea generation, Design Thinking, Finding your voice in the Workplace, Sponsorship and Mentorship, Women's Wellness, and Allyship.
