Director, HealthTech Works: HealthTech Works is a newly launched Yale accelerator to support the development and commercialization of health technologies, including digital health innovations, diagnostics, devices, and AI-enabled tools that address urgent research, clinical and public health needs. The inaugural Director will lead all aspects of this program, managing the commercialization studio, coordinating advisory and mentorship networks, and guiding promising faculty innovations on the path from lab concept to the market. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, including proposal solicitation and evaluation, advisory committee coordination, engagement of external expert networks, project funding management, and active mentorship of Yale faculty innovators.
Blavatnik Fellow: Working under the supervision of Yale Ventures directors, Blavatnik Fellows provide valuable business and market-oriented assistance to Yale faculty members seeking financial support from the Blavatnik Fund for Innovation at Yale. Serving as an ad hoc consultant to a number of faculty innovators, Fellows play a key role in articulating the potential business case and quantifying the magnitude of unmet medical needs which faculty are seeking to remedy.
Director of Business Development: Under general supervision of the Executive Director of Business Development, independently elicits and evaluates innovations from Yale research, works with Yale Ventures staff and outside counsel to secure intellectual property rights, markets technologies, negotiates agreements, and develops and executes commercialization strategies for innovations from Yale research.
Corporate Strategy Officer: The Corporate Strategy Officer is a key member of the Corporate Strategy & Engagement leadership team whose focus is to distinguish Yale as a leading institution for corporate collaborations. Reporting to the University Executive Director for Corporate Strategy & Engagement under the Yale Ventures umbrella, the successful candidate will manage and lead a portfolio of corporate prospects with the intent of building mutually beneficial relationships with Yale and exploring potential collaboration and financial support for the University.
