Yale Ventures is pleased to announce the debut of the Connecticut Innovation Pavilion at the 2025 Yale Innovation Summit, a new immersive hub dedicated to showcasing the state’s leadership in innovation, entrepreneurship, and the creative economy.

The Connecticut Innovation Pavilion will be a vibrant, interactive space where Summit attendees can connect directly with key state agencies, startup leaders, and state leaders. The Pavilion will feature resources for founders and innovators across sectors—including funding pathways, tax incentives, and hands-on business support—as well as curated networking and creative activations.

A centerpiece of the Pavilion will be Innovation MADE, a special session of the state’s new quarterly leadership series, on Wednesday, May 28 at 9:30 a.m. at the Yale Innovation Summit. Created by the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) in partnership with the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA), the MADE series equips the state’s entrepreneurs and industry leaders with the tools, connections, and insights needed to create lasting opportunity.

This MADE panel will explore the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and business growth, featuring a high-profile speaker lineup and curated “office hours” with both public and private sector leaders.

“The Pavilion reflects Connecticut’s deep commitment to supporting innovation across every corner of our economy—from biotech to the arts, from advanced manufacturing to community entrepreneurship,” said Daniel O’Keefe, DECD Commissioner and the state’s Chief Innovation Officer. “We’re excited to meet founders where they are—at the heart of the state’s largest gathering of innovative leaders.”

Additional features of the Connecticut Innovation Pavilion include:

  • A Startup Showcase featuring high-growth Connecticut-based companies
  • A live art activation led by Michael Pollack, artist and founder of New Haven Pizza Club
  • State-sponsored “office hours” for one-on-one founder support

Whether you're building a company, scaling an idea, or exploring creative enterprise, the Pavilion offers real opportunities for connection, collaboration, and growth—all powered by Connecticut.
