Diane manages the team responsible for invention disclosure input and verification, patent prosecution and maintenance, compliance of funding (federal, NGO, sponsor) and post-execution licensing compliance.

Prior to working for Yale Ventures, Diane was a manager of the Trademark Database at Micropatent, LLC and an intellectual property paralegal at Wiggin & Dana.
