Min is an entrepreneur, investor, and educator with experience building, advising, and investing in startup and growth stage companies. Min currently leads Venture Lab for Yale Ventures, where she supports faculty to commercialize their innovation into viable startup companies. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University teaching courses in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management.

Prior to Yale, Min was the founder of two companies, Versed, an EdTech startup and Meme Networks, a loyalty marketing company. As an investor, Min evaluated investment opportunities, served on boards of companies, and advised portfolio companies at Angelo, Gordon & Co., and SONY Digital Media Ventures Group. She started her career in finance and strategy consulting at Goldman Sachs and Bain & Company.

Min holds a BA from Yale University in Economics, an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, and an MA in International Studies from University of Pennsylvania.
