Angela Maalouf is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management and a Silver Scholar.  She is currently an Associate for the Roberts Innovation Fund in Yale Ventures, where she is involved with due diligence and strategic support for faculty-led projects with the potential for commercialization and impact. 

Prior to beginning her MBA studies at Yale School of Management, Angela built a tech start-up dedicated to improving online privacy by countering data breaches and competed as a tech finalist in London’s accelerator programs. Her research has coalesced around digital security and privacy, banking, financial services policy and legal registration.  She also completed a research internship with a Cambodian NGO where she gained insights into how effective banking and financial services policies can be in pursuit of sustainable and measurable development objectives. 

She holds triple undergraduate degrees in law with a specialization in corporate law at University Paris II Pantheon Assas and a Master's Degree in International Management from King’s Business School. In her spare time, she is also the Vice President of the Yale SOM Entrepreneurship and Startup club.
