Carol provides comprehensive support in Corporate Strategy & Engagement and Corporate Foundation Relations in Yale's Office of Development. Her role involves the coordination of meetings, site visits, and events for corporate partners and faculty. She tracks corporate interactions, supports special projects, and is involved with research and expense reporting.

Previously, Carol worked as Associate Director of Development for an environmental nonprofit in Seattle where she managed annual appeals and events, crafted campaign strategies, wrote grants, and was point person for donor and board cultivation. Additionally, she has experience in arts administration, having served as Manager of Exhibitions at the Museum of the City of New York and also as Coordinator of Exhibitions at MoMA.
