Larry Lipsher is managing partner of Martin Associates, L.L.C., a management and financial advisory firm providing strategic and financial consulting services to small and middle market private companies. Currently, he serves as Director of Metal Morphing Technologies, Inc., a company formed in 2011 to develop processes that will enable bulk metallic glasses to be incorporated in a range of innovative commercial applications. He has held strategic operating positions in manufacturing, has initiated and closed acquisitions, divestitures and financings and has been a principal in U.S. and international startups.
