Presently solving Aging using deep learning on multi-omic and multi-modal data.
Computational Biology trainee studying Human Aging as part of Lab for Aging with Living systems under Dr. Morgan Levine. Answering “What biological systems drive aging? & how can we measure them?”, “Can we reverse these processes driving Aging?” & “How does Aging in these different biological systems and processes give rise to diseases like Cancer, Diabetes, Alzheimer’s and more?”. Building ML and Deep Learning tools using multi-omic & multi-modal data to answer the above mentioned questions.
Prior 7 years of experience embedding Data Science and Artificial Intelligence to the Biomedical space as a scientist, engineer, product manager, team builder, academician and entrepreneur. Closely involved in building and managing of a Series A funded Biomedical data science startup.
