Bob Migliorini is a Senior Associate Director at Yale Ventures and supports activities leading to the commercialization of technologies developed within the Faculty of Arts, Sciences and Engineering at Yale University. These activities include identification of transferable technologies, development of commercialization strategies, and negotiation of licenses.  Prior to joining Yale Ventures, Bob worked for ExxonMobil in various R&D, engineering, manufacturing and legal roles.  Bob is also an Adjunct Law Professor where he teaches courses in IP Agreements & Licensing and Patent Practice & Procedure to law students.  He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering, a MS in Materials Engineering, a MBA, a JD and LLM in Intellectual Property.  He is licensed to practice law in various states and before the USPTO.
