Siddhartha Dhakal (he/his)

Siddhartha is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at Yale. His thesis project focuses on characterizing novel functional RNAs called riboswitches in bacteria. He also has experience in working in nucleic acid engineering.  As a Blavatnik Associate, he is working on a team to commercialize some of the faculty innovations at Yale. He has gained experience in competitive analyses and market research, and eager to learn about start-up creation for biotech. He is also a member of the Yale Biotech Club. He enjoys watching and playing soccer, volleyball, cricket, and ping-pong.
