Yale scientists have developed novel methods of increasing pluripotency of stem cells. The methods include contacting stem cells with Rhoassociated kinase inhibitor and Arp2/3 complex inhibitor, which together increase the pluripotency of stem cells in a surprising and synergistic manner.
These methods can be useful for treatment of cancer, fibrosis, and/or inflammation.
