Yale Startup Matchmaking
Every February, Yale founders take the stage, pitch their ventures, and tell the room who they need to hire. Then everyone gets to talk.
Yale Startup Matchmaking connects student and faculty founders with Yale students who want to build something. Come with a startup that needs people, or come ready to join one, whether that's a co-founder role, an internship, a short-term project, or a job after graduation.
Who It's For
FOUNDERS
You're a Yale student or faculty founder and your team needs to grow. Pitch your venture, describe the roles you're trying to fill, and meet students from across Yale's schools in one evening.
TALENT
You want startup experience without starting a company yourself. Meet founders, learn what they're building, and find a team that fits: an established startup, a short-term project, an internship, or a role after graduation.
How It Works
- Pitches. Founders give short, rapid-fire pitches covering the problem they're solving and the roles they need.
- Networking. Each venture hosts a table. Attendees circulate, ask questions, and swap contact information.
- Follow-up. Founders and students take the conversation from there.
