Lori Goler leads all aspects of people strategy and operations at Meta, including recruiting, people development, compensation and benefits, performance, DEI and the company's future of work strategy. She joined the company in 2008 when Meta's global team was approximately 500 people, focused on the Facebook app. Since then, the company has grown to include Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, Reality Labs, and Meta AI. Previously, Lori led the marketing strategy at eBay, and was a founding member of the executive team at the online retailer, Babystyle. She began her career in Disney's Consumer Products division focused on strategy and business planning.
