Natalie is a regulatory affairs expert with a proven track record in navigating the complex landscape of obtaining and maintaining government approvals for new pharmaceutical products. With her expertise spanning all phases of drug development, as well as post-approval and commercialization, Natalie has played a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving successful outcomes for pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Yale, Natalie started her career in healthcare investment banking, where she gained valuable insights into the financial aspects of the industry. This experience provided her with a solid foundation in understanding the intersection between healthcare and business, which she leveraged to spearhead and advise numerous early-stage startups in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area on fundraising and scale-up. More recently, Natalie had the opportunity to work for one of the world's largest pre-seed investors, advising founders from HealthTech to Life Sciences, enabling them to navigate the intricacies of the healthcare market successfully. Natalie’s interests extend beyond the technical aspects of her work. She is especially interested in the societal, ethical, and public policy questions arising from the adoption of AI-driven technology in transforming healthcare. As a student in the EMD program at Yale, she has collaborated closely with the esteemed Yale Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics, conducting research that delves into the benefits and ethical challenges posed by synthetic biology, artificial life, genomics, neuropharmacology, and artificial intelligence. Natalie's work aims to contribute to the responsible and ethical adoption of transformative technologies in healthcare. Natalie earned her Master of Public Health, specializing in Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases from Yale University. Additionally, she holds a MBA and B.S. in Neurobiology and Economics. Outside of her professional pursuits, Natalie is an avid Greek mythology enthusiast. She also enjoys playing tennis and spending quality time with her family and friends.
