Nicole has over 20 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry with a diverse background in R&D, manufacturing, operations, corporate strategy and business development. She began her career in vaccines and biologics as a researcher at Novartis and later GSK, where she played a key role in the development of several vaccine candidates. Nicole has since held several leadership roles in the industry in business development, program management, and operations.
