Rena Yan, PhD, is an immunologist and cancer biologist with over a decade of experience spanning molecular biology, genetics, immunology, and oncology. She earned her doctorate at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, where her research focused on stromal - T cell interactions in pancreatic cancer. Before joining Yale Venture, Rena worked in translational drug development at Incendia Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company in Cambridge, MA, developing biologics for solid tumor indications. She also brings experience in venture investing through her Boone Fellowship at Ally Bridge Group, where she evaluated early-stage biotech innovations.
