Allyson Rinderle is a Partner of Bain Capital Life Sciences. Previously, she was a Principal at KKR within the Healthcare Growth Equity and Private Equity teams. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Rinderle was a Vice President at Longitude Capital, a healthcare venture growth firm. Prior to that, she was an Analyst at Aisling Capital, a life sciences investment firm. Ms. Rinderle started her career as an Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Health Care Investment Banking practice where she was involved in a number of mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. 

Ms. Rinderle holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar and received a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation. She received her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with distinction from Yale University, graduating magna cum laude, Tau Beta Pi, and Phi Beta Kappa. She was also the recipient of the Bromley Prize in Biomedical Engineering.

Ms. Rinderle and her husband live in Boston, MA. She is active member of the Yale community, serving on the Advisory Board of the Blavatnik Fund and a member of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee.
