A Yale University Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) since 2018, Kristin serves on Boston Harbor Angels Management team and an active Angel Investor. She is currently Vice President, Corporate Development, M&A at Defibtech, a Nihon Kohden company based in Guilford CT. 

With over 25 years’ leadership roles in corporate strategy, venture investment, commercial and technical development Kristin has championed healthcare innovation from startups to Fortune 100 Global companies. She serves as a Board member of Boston ENET, prior Executive Chair and advisor to multiple startups

Kristin has an MBA in Finance & Marketing from NYU Stern, BS in bioengineering and mathematics from Syracuse.
