Lt Col Paul A. Griffith brings more than 23 years of military and federal government experience, specifically in operations analysis, finance, and international affairs coupled with a deep passion for innovation and entrepreneurship to champion dual-, triple-, and quadruple-use technologies. Griffith recently returned from a deployment to Europe where he helped stand-up and lead the U.S. Air Force security assistance to Ukraine in response to Russia's war of aggression. He currently serves as the Deputy Director for Plans, Requirements, Programs and Assessments at the Air Component for U.S. Southern Command. Prior to his current role, Griffith served as the Chief of International Relations for Air Forces Southern leading engagements with 31 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean. During his Air Force career, he has held positions as Installation Chief Financial Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, Executive Action Team Director, Analysis and Lessons Learned Chief, and has Headquarters Air Staff (Pentagon) and Defense Logistics Agency experience. He also has significant board and entrepreneur mentorship experience. 

Griffith holds an MBA from Texas A&M, an MA from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija (Madrid, Spain), a BS from Utah State, and is a graduate from Spain's Joint Staff College, and the U.S. Air Force's Air War College. He is fluent in Spanish, and currently lives with his wife and two children in Phoenix, AZ.
