Prerit is a PhD candidate in ECE at Princeton with focus on using inverse designs for solving constrained multi-objective optimization problems. Inspired by the challenges faced when working in the automotive industry for over three years, he’d like to use my PhD research to solve a real-world problem. During his industrial stint, he was a part of two patents filed by his employer (ZF Group). One of the patents led to a significant cost saving, while the second patent automated and improved the system design used in electric power steering. He holds a masters from University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s from IIT Gandhinagar.
