Richard currently serves as Strategy Lead, Naveos Biopharma Consulting. Before founding Naveos, he worked for more than 20 years in the biopharma industry, filling roles as Director of New Business and Strategic Planning for Pfizer and Global Neurology Marketing Leader for Alexion Pharmaceuticals.  At Alexion, Richard led the successful strategy & commercial launch of a rare disease drug for Myasthenia Gravis.  Richard has extensive experience as a senior business leader, specifically in new product development and launch, marketing, business operations, business development, and finance.
