As the Founder of Clarity Software Solutions, Sean piloted the company from startup to market leader within five (5) years. Under his leadership, Clarity earned a rank in Inc. Magazine's annual Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies 9 times, Deloitte’s Fast 500 for 4 consecutive years, Marcum Tech Top 40 for 6 straight years, Red Herring Top 100 North America Winner, and finalist for the Entrepreneur of The Year® Award in the New York region by EY.

Social responsibility has always been an important core value. In 2011 Sean launched Clarity for Charity, supporting dozens of causes and nonprofit organizations in Connecticut.
