Olivia Chen is a second-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. She is currently an Associate for the Roberts Innovation Fund in Yale Ventures, where she is involved with due diligence and strategic support for faculty-led projects with the potential for commercialization and impact. 

Prior to beginning her MBA studies at the Yale School of Management, Olivia worked in Alibaba’s fintech division as a business development manager.  Her passion for technology innovation and entrepreneurship fueled her pursuit of an MBA, and she also co-founded a MarTech startup which focuses on e-commerce digital marketing.   

Olivia holds a BA in Financial Management from Henan University of Economics and Law, a Master’s Degree in accounting from North China Electric Power University, and completed additional studies in finance at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
