Lolahon Kadiri, M.D., Ph.D., is a biomedical scientist passionate about the advancement of innovation in life sciences. In addition to over 10 years of research experience in clinical, academic and industry settings, she is proficient in the management of R&D operations, business development, alliance management and contract negotiations in startup and academic environments. Before joining OCR, Lolahon was the Chief Scientific Officer and interim Chief Operating Officer at Certerra, Inc., a start-up contract research organization that provided specialty preclinical drug screening services based on the innovative imaging technique she co-developed with colleagues at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

Lolahon holds an M.S. in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University, a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Cornell University and an M.D. from Tashkent Medical Academy, Uzbekistan (CIS/USSR).
