Work with Yale Ventures

Students working with Yale Ventures work on projects ranging from research and strategy to financial modeling, technology marketing, and market sizing for new ventures while working closely with Yale faculty, industry experts, and Yale Ventures staff.

For all opportunities, we are looking for students who are intellectually curious, flexible, and can take on a broadly defined project and work independently.

What Students Say

Yale gave me the mindset, community, and tools to take the leap into entrepreneurship far earlier than I thought possible. It helped me see myself not just as a student but as a founder, and that shift in identity has made all the difference.

Jinali M.E.M. ’25
YSE, 2025 · Founder, Banofi

I came to Yale SOM deeply passionate about healthcare and equity, not knowing I’d leave as a founder. I always knew that building something of my own—something that created meaningful impact—was on the horizon. But I never imagined how quickly the pieces would come together or how much progress could be made in such a short time.

MiChaela '24
Yale SOM, 2024 · Founder, Matcha Scrubs

I worked on projects that strengthened Yale’s innovation ecosystem, from developing resources to creating content that highlights the inspiring work of Yale faculty, founders, and my fellow associates.  I leave with stronger skills in communication and storytelling, and a deeper appreciation for how research, entrepreneurship, and community come together to drive impact.
