Jonathan recently earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, where his dissertation focused on translational science and pharmacokinetics. He conducted drug studies in pre-clinical models of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and participated in clinical research projects involving population pharmacokinetics. Before graduate school, Jonathan gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry at GSK through PPD, where he focused on clinical stability testing of R&D drugs, and at Rockland Immunochemicals, where he developed antibodies for biological assays.
While in Pittsburgh, Jonathan was actively engaged in the local life sciences ecosystem. He contributed to the accelerator LifeX, the medical device startup Resilient Life Sciences, and the corporate venture capital firm UPMC Enterprises.
