Rhonda Kivlin
Rhonda is responsible for the Intellectual Property Administration team who are tasked with the protection of Yale's innovations. Rhonda joins from Northeastern University after nearly 7 years in IP Administration at the Center for Research Innovation. During her tenure, Rhonda led the day-to-day operations of IP management building frameworks for efficient patent and compliance administration. Rhonda is an active member of the Bayh-Dole Coalition, participating in Capitol Hill Advocacy meetings to strengthen the federal government’s commitment to the Bayh-Dole Act. In 2021, she was awarded the NIST PEER Prize for her submission relating to increasing grant recipient compliance with Bayh-Dole regulations, and she participated in the annual FLC meeting as a panelist to bring awareness to the challenges in Bayh-Dole reporting compliance.
