Bryan is a veteran of the United State Navy submarine force interested in the intersection of business and sustainability. After graduating from Purdue University with a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering, he developed leadership, management, and operations skills. He oversaw teams responsible for radiological controls, safe navigation, and the submarine’s diving systems. Living on the submarine forced him to think about working with finite resources and accounting for the food, water, and air used by each sailor. He then worked as a Reserve Officer Training Corps instructor at the University of Texas at Austin where he trained college students to become military leaders.
