Nikiel is an MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management and a Summer Venture Fellow at Yale Ventures, where he supports the Planetary Solutions Impact Accelerator (PSIA). He began his career in venture and growth equity for the George Kaiser Family Foundation, where he focused on investments across healthcare, energy, and advanced manufacturing. Prior to that, he co-founded a venture-backed fintech platform.
