Sarxion is an early-stage regenerative medicine company developing a first-in-class, genetically engineered extracellular matrix (ECM) hydrogel to restore tissue repair in chronic and complex wounds. The platform modifies the biological composition of decellularized ECM to remove inhibitory signals and promote angiogenesis and regeneration, addressing a fundamental driver of impaired healing. 
Our lead indication is diabetic foot ulcers, with broader potential across wound care, trauma, and additional regenerative applications. Sarxion has completed an NIH SBIR Phase I and is advancing toward large-animal studies, manufacturing scale-up, and FDA engagement. We are currently raising a seed round to support translational development and position the platform for clinical entry.
